Full-Time Payroll AdministratorLocation: Yardley, PACompany: Manhattan CapitalManhattan Capital is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Yardley, PA. This pivotal role provides payroll-related support to our staff, addressing inquiries related to wages, accruals, benefit deductions, and other compensation matters. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Staff Accountant and Controller to ensure payroll processes are accurate, timely, and confidential. We are looking for a professional with a strong background in payroll administration, ideally within the hospitality or restaurant industry.Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience Experience in restaurant payroll systems is highly preferred Strong understanding of payroll laws, deductions, and garnishments Key Responsibilities: Accurately and promptly process payroll for assigned employee groups Import employee time data into the payroll system Process manual checks and maintain accurate logs Administer and maintain wage garnishments and benefit deductions Prepare year-end reports and reconcile W-2s for accuracy Provide payroll data and reports to the accounting department as needed Assist with the escheatment process Maintain organized and up-to-date employee payroll records Respond to staff inquiries regarding payroll in a professional and timely manner Required Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong attention to detail and time management abilities Proficiency with QuickBooks, Restaurant365, Compeat, and Microsoft Office Suite Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and implement solutions Schedule: Full-TimeWork Environment: This is an administrative position based in an office environment.Please send your cover letter and resume
